Group Outings:
The Berry Patch caters to many summer camp and church groups each year. We mostly have elementary to middle school aged children attending the outings, but we allow groups of all ages!
A minimum of 10 people must be in your group to purchase a group package. Group packages are $10/person and include:
- 1 Cookie/person
- 1 Small Blueberry Lemonade/ person
- 1 Train Ride/person
- 1 lb of Blueberries
It is best for us if you give us at least a 48 hour warning before bringing a large group out! Groups can come at any time during regular business hours, but we will be best able to service you if we are aware of your plans to come out.
For groups of children we provide several selections:
Each group will start with a base cost for a lunch baggie for each child to pick into (1 lb) and a Berry Patch Employee will be able to greet and explain how to best pick blueberries!
For counselors, chaperones, and teachers attending with the children: adults will be provided with a bucket to pick into if they would prefer that to the baggie, and their bags will be weighed individually. Drinks and cookies can be added at the above rate for chaperones of any group events.
Birthday, Retirement, and Other Parties
We are more than happy to help you host a great party for your friends and family with a fun outing to The Berry Patch! We are more than happy to:
1. Set up and reserve picnic tables for your party (please be sure to let us know how many you expect in your party so we can appropriately arrange the right number of tables for you).
2. Provide refrigerator space to keep lunches and other party foods in while you are picking
If your party includes 10+ children, you can purchase any of the above group packages for the kiddos.
For groups of primarily adults, we recommend picking into regular buckets and paying separately, as the group packages are primarily geared towards children. However, for groups of 10+ adults and children we can add the above group rates onto the blueberries you pick and purchase.
